1 tablespoon olive oil
1 onion, chopped
1 (2 pound) loin roast
2 tablespoons Italian seasoning
1 pound Italian sausage
2 tablespoons salt
2 cups chopped bread
2 pounds hot cooked pork sausage
1 (10 ounce) package chicken spaghetti sauce
1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
1 (1.5 fluid ounce) jigger red wine
Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat. Pour olive oil into skillet, just browning on all sides. Stir in onion and saute for 10 minutes, stirring frequently. Add meat and saute for 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
Decorate with Italian seasoning and browned marinade.
Add sausage, salt, bread, hot cooked pork, chicken spaghetti sauce and tomato sauce.
Reduce heat to low. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until internal temperature reaches 146 degrees F (78 degrees C)
