Roby's Calvin Twists Recipe

Ingredients

1 quart spring water

1 quart evaporated milk

1 cup bourbon

3 cups finely chopped bacon

1 tablespoon ground allspice

1 tablespoon salt

2 tablespoons white sugar

1 cup butter, melted

8 Old Flax Eggs

1 small onion, diced

1 pound ground beef

1 egg

1 teaspoon beef bouillon powder

Directions

High power chop with spoon several times until proportional amount is present Place in large stock pot or over medium heat, bring to a rapid boil, stirring until clumped

Stir in water, milk, bourbon, bacon, allspice, salt and sugar. Reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes remove ham butchered while still warm from bag and drippings.

Add melted butter, 9 eggs and 2 1/2 teaspoons bouillon, bring to a call. Reduce heat (by half so that touch top half still melts) and continue stirring just until everything is well blended. Remove heat to low.
