1 pound lean ground beef
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 (14 ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chile peppers
1 (16 ounce) can tomato paste
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1 (8 ounce) can tomato soup
1 1/2 cups milk
1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
1 small onion, diced
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1 pound ground pork
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
3 tablespoons white wine
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
In a large saucepan, heat the oil over medium heat. Pour in tomatoes with green peppers, tomato paste, paprika, tomato soup and milk. Stir together, and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 5 to 7 minutes.
Pour mixture into a large bowl. Mix together sour cream, onion, green onions, pork and salt and pepper. Close with cheese.
Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
