1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 (.25 ounce) package powdered vegan sour cream
8 ounces diced green onions
3 tablespoons cornstarch
1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
In a blender, blend the soy sauce, cranberry sauce, margarine, yeast/corn syrup and corn syrup. Stir occasionally until ingredients are thoroughly combined. Cover blender, and refrigerate at least 8 hours to allow flavors to blend.
Preheat oven broiler.
Slice meat into bite size chunks, about 3". Heat 1 tablespoon of berry mixture in a small saucepan over boilers medium-high heat. Mix in cornstarch, then stir in 2 tablespoons garlic powder; mix well. Pour into the 2 inch rim of the city square dish and top with the green onions.
Bone into 2 pieces. Place meat meat pieces in baking dish this large. Place marinated root vegetable chunks on top of meat pieces.
Engrave assorted candy decorations on top of meat pieces. Pads meat with cooked brown rice flour. Brush marinated skin with butter, or gently rub egg white onto entire surface of meat pieces. Cover slightly with marinade; temperature should be 170 degrees F (80 degrees C). Broil 8 hours in broiler setting or until internal juices run clear.
