1/2 cup butter, softened
1/2 teaspoon brown sugar
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon salt
3 cloves garlic, minced
Place butter or margarine in a large skillet over medium heat. Add brown sugar, salt, and pepper. Saute for 2 minutes.
Add chicken, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and garlic. Stir for 2 minutes. Remove pan from heat. Drizzle with Worcestershire sauce mixture. Chill at least 2 hours, or overnight, before serving.
