1 pound pork chops
1/4 cup white vinegar
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
4 large potatoes, peeled and cubed
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a large bowl combine pork, vinegar, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well. Place potatoes into a large baking dish. Pour vinegar mixture over potatoes. Top with the pork, peanut oil, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper and peas. Cover, and refrigerate overnight.
Pie pan: Lay out a pie pan or deep dish pie pan.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 20 minutes.
