Saul's Cabbage Cook Recipe

Ingredients

10 plums

2 cups water

1/3 cup white sugar

1/3 cup vegetable oil

3 1/2 pounds cabbage, cubed

1/2 pound mushrooms, sliced

1 onion, chopped

4 eggs

3 tablespoons margarine

1 egg white

1/2 teaspoon salt

8 (1 ounce) flour tortillas

Directions

Place plums and water in small saucepan and bring to a boil. Boil for 10 to 15 minutes or until plums are tender. Remove from heat and let cool slightly. Pierce tip of pepper to about 1/8 inch.

Add sugar, oil, array of green vegetables, cabbage, mushrooms, onion and eggs. Mix together until well-combined. Stir in margarine and egg white and knead lightly until completely incorporated.

Sprinkle with salt and fold into mixture. Cover and refrigerate in refrigerator. Serve immediately though the senses.
