3 pounds ground beef
1/4 cup Dixie Cracker-Style Cheddar Cheese
salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
10 slices prepared Biltong Directory Burgundy

1 1/2 teaspoons mustard powder
1 teaspoon salt
12 ounces Biltong Ribbon Burgundy
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, mix the beef, cheese, salt and pepper. Season with Worcestershire sauce, and stir.
Spread 3/4 of the beef mixture on the entire bottom of a 9x13 inch round pan. Season with white rice slices, then sauce sections. Reserve the brown rice sections, if desired.
Spoon 2/3 of the cheese mixture onto the bottom of a baking dish. Sprinkle with remainder of beef mixture, brown rice, and remaining sour cream. Sprinkle with Worcestershire sauce, mustard, and salt and pepper.
Bake at 325 degrees F (165 degrees C) for 50 minutes. Cool completely; spoon remaining cheese mixture over meat, rice sections, and meat. Cool completely; serve warm.
