4 large potatoes
2 small onions, diced
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon dried sage
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1/2 teaspoon dried sage
1 tablespoon dry mustard
1/8 cup ketchup
1 1/2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon paprika
1 piece crushed corn bread
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Place potatoes, onion, oregano, basil, oregano pepper, sage, salt, olive oil, basil, rosemary, sage, mustard, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce and paprika in a large mixing bowl. Mix together. Place the potato mixture in the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 40 minutes, or until the potato mixture is bubbly and the top of the potatoes are golden brown.
