2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
2 teaspoons paprika
In a medium bowl, mix lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, and paprika. Cover and refrigerate for several hours to allow flavors to blend.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Place chicken in oven covered with aluminum foil. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for about 40 minutes. remove foil and continue cooking 8 to 10 minutes, or until chicken is no longer pink and juices run clear.
