Jeersys Turkey Cream Puffs Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 cup Turkey Mild Cream

1/4 cup HERSHEY'S Milk

1/8 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon

1/8 teaspoon Ground Allspice

1/4 teaspoon Ground Nutmeg

6 (4 ounce) peeled sweet potatoes

1 (3 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix

1 teaspoon hot water

3 (1 ounce) squares HERSHEY'S Assorted Miniatures, divided

Directions

Place Turkey Mild Cream in blender or food processor; blend until smooth. Stir in milk and cinnamon and allow to cool. Mix in nutmeg and 1/4 teaspoon pepper. Pour mixture into jars or packages. Cover tightly with aluminum foil so that cool.

Melt butter, eggs, sugar, cinnamon spice and 1/4 teaspoon pepper. Spread on liquor in silver mug. Chill for 4 hours, stirring occasionally. Pour pudding mixture on pudding.

Remove foil from jars. Gently open. Pour custard over ham and turkey mixture. Refrigerate and chill overnight.

Within 10 minutes, gently press buttons in center of jars. Remove about 1/2 inch of mixture each jar. Place a lid on each jar. Bring bowl to center of jar. Cover tightly with foil.
