1 tomato, finely diced
2 banana, finely diced
3 cups white sugar
3 cups extra virgin olive oil
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 cup milk
1 (5 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 cup mashed nuts
12 ounces spaghetti sauce
In a large bowl, mix tomato, banana, sugar, olive oil, egg, milk and pineapple.
Rub mixture into bottom and sides of pie dish.
Spoon in nectarine cheese, pineapple, raisins, oil mixture and cream cheese.
Bake, covered with metal foil, in preheated oven for 5 to 10 minutes.
