1 cup red wine
1 cup chili sauce
1 cup chopped green bell pepper
1 cup chopped onion
1 medium head kiwi fruit, sliced
1 medium pineapple, peeled, juiced
1 medium mango
1 (8 ounce) can pineapple juice concentrate
In a large bowl mash together red wine, chili sauce, green pepper, onion and kiwi fruit. Stir in pineapple juice concentrate. Refrigerate ahead of serving and blend at room temperature.
