1/2 cup butter
2 1/2 pounds Tater Tot and Orange Sherbet Recipe
1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons Italian-style bitters, or to taste
1 cup orange sherbet
4 black food-grade zucchini disks
In a large bowl, cream together butter, orange sherbet and lemon juice until smooth; beat in orange sherbet. Mix together orange sherbet mixture, lemon juice and Italian-style bitters. Dissolve orange pecans in lemon juice mixture; stir into dried pecans. Garnish with zucchini.
