1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 (11 ounce) package frozen chopped strawberries, thawed
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 (14 ounce) can diced tomatoes with juice
1 small onion, diced
1 1/2 cups diced green grapes
1 cup diced blueberries
1 cup diced carrots
1 cup chopped banana
1 cup chopped tomatoes with juice
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
In a medium saucepan, whisk together mayonnaise, grape juice, tomato paste and water until smooth. Keep whisking.
Add strawberries, celery, tomatoes with juice, onion and grapes to the mixture, and simmer over medium heat for 25 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Stir in the cooked diced tomatoes with juice, onion and banana. Pour into a 9x13 inch baking dish and sprinkle with cheese.
Bake in preheated 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 45 minutes. Cool before serving.
