1 big salmon fillet
salmon salt
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper
1 (3.5 ounce) package prepared horseradish dressing
1 packet frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
Brush fish with the salmon salt, salt, pepper and horseradish dressing. Place into a large bowl and pulverize with a fork.
Arrange vegetables and put into a 1/2 gallon plastic plastic container. Seal and freeze the vegetables. It is easier to arrange them inside plastic containers than in plastic bowl.
Pour vegetable mixture into frozen fish and salmon. Chill at least 4 hours before serving.
