1 (17.5 ounce) can pineapple, drained
1 (1 ounce) package lemon flavored Jell-O mix
1 (3 ounce) package strawberry flavored Jell-O mix
2 tablespoons milk
1 cup boiling water
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, mix pineapple juice, lemon jell-O mix and strawberry gelatin. Gradually stir until thoroughly dissolved. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Remove foil from pan. Pour boiling water into pan, stirring constantly until thoroughly dissolved. Discard any remaining marinade. Rub ice cream onto both sides of cookie sheet. Chill 60 minutes or until firm. Spread evenly in pan.
Remove foil sheet from pan. Blot ice cream onto sheet with a fork. Serve immediately.
