1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried marjoram
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoons dried basil
1 1/2 teaspoons dried rosemary
6 cloves garlic, finely minced
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried sage
1 teaspoon dried sage
1/4 teaspoon dried sage
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
In a small bowl, mix the oil, garlic powder, marjoram, salt, basil, rosemary, garlic, thyme, sage, nutmeg and basil leaves. Pour over pork chops or onto a plate. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
