1 chicken breast
2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 (10 ounce) package frozen mixed vegetables
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon dried marjoram
1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
1/2 teaspoon dried sage
1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon
1/4 cup olive oil
Preheat oven on broiler setting.
In a large shallow dish or bowl, measure chicken breasts and place in dish. Top with cheese, soup, vegetables, lemon juice, salt, oregano, basil, marjoram, rosemary, sage, tarragon and olive oil.
Broil 5 minutes on each side, turning chicken breasts once after 5 minutes.
