2 packages instant Japanese-style ramen noodles
1 (3 ounce) package instant ramen noodles
1 (14 ounce) can green beans
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
In a medium bowl, mix the ramen noodles, instant ramen noodles, green beans and vegetable oil. Stir, cover and refrigerate for at least one hour.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Steep the shredded mozzarella cheese into a bowl, and throw it into the cooling broth. Mix together with the ramen mixture, and add to the bowl with the noodles. Store the noodles in the refrigerator for up to 4 hours, turning once, before serving.
