Goose Scrubbery Pie Recipe

Ingredients

4 eggs

2 cups milk

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 cup butter, softened

1 teaspoon lemon zest

3 cups goose liver

2 (9 inch) margarine, melted

1/2 teaspoon Celtic herbs and spices

Directions

Dissolve eggs in milk. Stir in salt, butter and lemon zest. Pour mixture into two 10 inch pie pans.

Bake at 350 degrees F for 40 minutes. Let cool in pan for 10 minutes. Cover pan and chill overnight. Cut into squares. Serve warm.
