2 tablespoons butter, melted
3 tablespoons lemon zest, grated
1 tablespoon Guar gum
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese or margarine, softened
10 jalapeno peppers, seeded and chopped
1 cup sliced almonds; open cut to scoop
In a 9x13 inch pan, melt butter or margarine and 1/2 cup milk. Mix brown sugar and lemon juice and spread mixture on bottom of aluminum foil-lined cookie sheets. Sprinkle cream cheese over all of chocolate and garnish with bits of remaining jalapeno pepper and sliced almonds, if you wish.
