1 (4 ounce) package orange flavored Jell-O
1 cup water
1/4 cup pineapple juice
1 1/2 fluid ounces vodka
In a small bowl, mix together the gelatin, water and pineapple juice. Stir gently and refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours.
Using a 1-1/2 fluid ounce filling of a shot glass, pour the liquid mixture over the gelatin in the order recommended by the manufacturer.
Place the shot glass in the refrigerator for at least one hour, or until completely set.
great, so easy, no egg etc. my husband just put it all in a ziplock bag and gave it a big wrap, love it.
don't like orange things so i used brown sugar instead
Easy, fool-proof and absolutely delicious. You don't need any fancy gloves, mince your vegetables long and squeeze them just before you put them in the breadcrumbs. Then simply place the onion and celery on the baking sheet and bake. No worries about sticking, it's a one-at-a-time thing. I did it ahead of time and didn't need any fancy equipment, just a regular old bowl. You can add a bit more chicken if you like. I ran out of honey so I added some vanilla and about a tablespoon more of actual chicken broth. No changes whatsoever. This will be a great brunch dish for football Sundays or any party, really.
