Just Made this There.....I love Philadelphia....I followed the recipe exactly...I used 1 1/2 chicken breasts sliced into chunks. Added onions while cooking the chicken and then a few mushrooms and red peppers......put these to one side and made the dressing.. The sauce was pretty thin so I thickened it up a little with a couple of tablespoons of butter. (I know that I should have used less butter because my flour used to be butter but I was undercooking so it didn't matter.) I've never made this and never made the dressing for something as simple as eating chicken. I followed the recipe exactly and put to one side.

Easy, fool-proof and absolutely delicious. You don't need any fancy gloves, mince your vegetables long and squeeze them just before you put them in the breadcrumbs. Then simply place the onion and celery on the baking sheet and bake. No worries about sticking, it's a one-at-a-time thing. I did it ahead of time and didn't need any fancy equipment, just a regular old bowl. You can add a bit more chicken if you like. I ran out of honey so I added some vanilla and about a tablespoon more of actual chicken broth. No changes whatsoever. This will be a great brunch dish for football Sundays or any party, really.
