4 egg whites
1/8 cup white sugar
1 pinch salt
4 egg yolks, beaten
2/3 cup milk
1/3 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2/3 cup yogurt
cheese (optional)

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
In a large bowl, whip egg whites until soft peaks form. Gradually add egg yolks, then milk, and continue whipping until cream forms (do not beat entirely until mixed).
Add 1 tablespoon sugar to egg whites. Mix until completely incorporated. Make small additions of your choice to thicken the mixture.
Drop whites by heaping spoonfuls onto the prepared cookie sheet. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes in the preheated oven, until set. Repeat with remaining cookie sheets and vanilla syrup.
