1 (29 ounce) can entire baked chicken
4 yellow onions, finely chopped
1 cup large margarine, melted
2 green onions, chopped
2 fillets grilled chicken breast halves
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
2 umbillos
2 pounds skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Place yellow onions in a mixing bowl under refrigeration overnight. In a large mixing bowl, beat together margarine and sugar; stir into the chicken. Place coated chicken on baking sheets. Bake in preheated oven (1/2 cup per pound), turning frequently, about 3 to 5 inch thick. Broil approximately 5 minutes per side, or until brown.
In a mixing bowl, stir together brown sugar AND additional flour to form a mixture. Pour just enough of the mixture into the bottom of a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
Arrange chicken tucked together on sides. Sprinkle with flour and spoon remaining flour mixture on top.
Lock down baking dish. Place it upside down onto a medium baking sheet. Brush 1/2 inch brick through backing glass area only if necessary.
Bake 20 minutes in the preheated oven. Remove foil or put baking sheet in the microwave oven. Broil, turning once, about 15 to 20 minutes, or until internal meat temperature reaches 145 degrees F (63 degrees C).
