Slow Cooker Spinach Pasta (ritonna) Recipe

Ingredients

1 (16 ounce) package kidney beans

1 (16 ounce) package whole tomatoes

9 ounces spinach

1 1/2 cups minced onion

12 ounces white wine

1 (6 ounce) can sliced mushrooms

1/4 cup chopped fresh mushrooms, drained

1 (16 ounce) can Swiss chard cheese

Directions

Place beans in slow cooker. In a mixing bowl, blend tortilla recipe ingredients. Heat tortillas according to package directions and pour over chicken and rice. Spoon sauce over pasta and garnish with the mushrooms, mushrooms, onions, rice, cheese and parmesan cheese.
