1 pound beef sirloin tip steaks (tip is the thickest part)
2 large potatoes
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Place 1 steak from tip into the bottom of a large baking dish. Spoon Worcestershire sauce over the steaks. Spread Worcestershire sauce over the steaks. Top with potatoes and potatoes, then meat mixture. Rub in salt and pepper.
Bake steaks for 30 minutes in the preheated oven.
