1 1/2 pounds pork tenderloin medallions
3 tablespoons tomato sauce
2 (10 oz) cans condensed pork and bean soup
1 (16 ounce) can tomato sauce
1 teaspoon paprika (optional)
In a medium pot over medium heat bring meat and sauce to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour, or until tender.
Meanwhile, melt onion in the microwave or in a soup pot. In a large bowl combine soup, tomato sauce, paprika, and capers. Stir together and pour into skillet. Simmer 15 minutes, or until heat is bubbly and sauce is heated through.
