(3/4 cup butter, until below temperature of melted butter)* 2 (9 inch) prepared chocolate circles
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup white sugar
1 cup frozen whipped topping, thawed
Assemble the mousse with chocolate circles, salt, sugar and whipped topping. Chill for one good hour before serving.
I wanted to give this 5 stars but I couldn't. It was too soft. It didn't rise properly. I'll make it again but will do it in a different way.
