1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
2 (3 ounce) squares unsweetened chocolate
1 (8 ounce) package frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 (8 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
1 (3 ounce) package frozen orange sherbet, thawed
8 ounces sliced orange
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9 inch springform pan.
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and chocolate together until smooth. Beat in whipped topping and pudding mix. Stir in orange sherbet. Pour mixture into prepared pan.
Bake in preheated oven until filling is set and custard is golden, about 45 minutes.
