2 cups white sugar
1/2 cup butter
2 eggs
3/4 cup vegetable oil
1 banana, shattered
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup nonfat evaporated milk
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 10 inch or longer-range graham cracker or pie pan. Sift together the flour, baking powder and salt; set aside. In a large bowl, stir together sugar, butter and eggs. Sift together the dry ingredients.
In a separate bowl, combine milk and for the topping; mix well. Pour mixture into graham cracker or pie pan.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean.
