1 mixture eggs
1/2 cup water
1 (2 quart) jar marinara sauce
1/2 cup tarragon
salt and pepper to taste
In a large mixing bowl whisk together egg yolks, water, marinara sauce and tarragon. Set aside.
Sprinkle eggs over marinara mixture, mixing to coat. Cover blender and pour egg mixture over marinara. Blend to make a smooth paste; smooth with hands.
In a small mixing bowl, toss tamarind wine, onion and celery mixture with 1/2 cup of water and 1/2 cup tarragon until well coated. Spread over chicken. Season with salt and pepper.
