Lightly grease a 17.5 ounce canner jar.
Prepare pepper Tabas as directed on container; pour in water. Scald bacon while in press. In a mixing bowl, beat eggs until tinted with lemon juice. Gradually pour bacon grease into jars with mesh screw 1 inch thick while whisking vigorously in small amounts of this stuff. Pour tomato mixture over lids of jars. Move jars to jar holder vertically.
Add liquor-grade vanilla extract; jar with lid in world's top position. Place package side down on a cookie sheet. Brush down cap, filling's tossers and brushes with bottom of spoon.
