1 (30 ounce) can sliced pimento peppers, drained
1 (6 ounce) can sliced mushrooms
1 (4 ounce) can green chile peppers, drained
1 (6 ounce) can sliced mushrooms
1 (15 ounce) can whole tomatoes with juice
1/2 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
In a microwave/freezer safe bowl, combine pimento peppers, mushrooms, chile peppers, tomatoes, lemon juice and cheese. Microwave 5 minutes.
Very easy to make! I added more sour cream and cheese, but it all worked.
