2 quart oil for frying
1 tablespoon salt
1 teaspoon white sugar
1 tablespoon garlic powder
2 teaspoons dried basil
1 teaspoon dried basil leaves
1 teaspoon dried marjoram
2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried thyme
Lightly oil a large skillet or large, heavy-duty pot.
Melt salt, sugar, garlic powder and basil over medium heat in 10-inch skillet; stir in apple cider vinegar and Worcestershire sauce. Pour in garlic powder, thyme and apple cider vinegar. Cook, stirring constantly, for 5 minutes.
Fry chicken in hot oil 3 to 6 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
