This was really good. I used unsalted butter, canned green beans, dried oregano, and basil. I only used a couple of tablespoons of dried oregano. I know that if I used less oregano, I'd probably change the flavor of the soup--I just didn't have enough at hand. The flavor of the soup was really great--just make sure you don't confuse toasted sesame oil, which is basically a finishing oil, with regular sesame oil, or the soup will be bland. Also, make sure you remove any bebes that could be stuck in the thickened broth. These stayed well coated in the oil, and tasted fantastic.
