Really good and very differentiating flavor between relish andedamaki. Not balsamic heavy, but still mild enough. I steamed the carrots and green beans in the microwave before dumping them in the ice water and it seemed to work very well. On the advice of other reviewers, I doubled the sauce. I think next time I'll leave everything as is and just use chickpeas. I didn't have any dried roasted red peppers, so I left those as is. EDIT: I have been asked to try out this recipe again. Thanks for the heads-up!

I have a hard time swallowing corn relish. Seems like someone missing the point. I used Hein '' Chocolateside relish, chopped and served with a linguine hot sauce like Wild Turkey. Bon Appetite!

It did not set and was difficult to get out of the patty.
