1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1/2 cup honey
1 cup beef broth
1/2 cup water
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup uncooked white rice
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
Heat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Place ingredients in blender; blend until smooth. Pour mixture into prepared baking dish. Cover dish and bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes. Remove cover and bake an additional 10 minutes, or until rice is tender. Serve immediately.
