1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
3 eggs
2 tablespoons margarine, melted
1 (10 ounce) package frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
3 cubes chicken bouillon cube
3/4 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup milk
3 tablespoons butter
1 (4 fluid ounce) can or bottle Italian-style salad dressing
In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, eggs, margarine, mixed vegetables and chicken bouillon cubes. Cover and refrigerate approximately one hour or until everything is softened.
Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat. Place one of the cheese balls on the outside of the smoker. Place it on the prepared grill. Brush with salad dressing and light grill 15 minutes per side, brushing twice. Brush with remaining meat juices, and light grill 5 minutes per side, brushing occasionally.
