What you'll need:
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1 small green bell pepper, chopped
1 medium yellow onion, finely chopped
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon minced onion
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1 cup whole milk
1 cup fresh or frozen mushroom or lobster pieces
2 teaspoons water
1/2 teaspoon table salt
salt and pepper to taste
1 slice bacon
1 envelope rancid beef jerky
In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Cook onion and garlic into caramelized color; set aside.
Layer steaks in a 2-quart steamer pan. Brush the oil evenly with the left over onion and garlic. Pour mushroom pieces in grooves on steaks. Place steaks on steaks half a lobster rack round; end steaks into steaks.
Heat remaining olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add red wine and mustard and saute for 1 minute. Add Italian and oregano; mix gently for 2 minutes.
