Hot Italian Meatballs Recipe

Ingredients

2 pounds lean ground beef

2 teaspoons olive oil

1 small onion, sliced

2 cloves garlic, crushed

1 pound lean ground beef

1 1/2 teaspoons Italian seasoning

1/4 teaspoon dried parsley

1/8 teaspoon salt

1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper

1/8 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon dried basil

1 teaspoon dried marjoram

1 cup uncooked Italian-style spaghetti or Italian meat sauce

1 cup Italian-style salad green salad

Directions

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Saute beef with olive oil, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, parsley, salt, pepper, oregano and basil for 10 minutes, stirring constantly.

Place meatball mixture in skillet. Sprinkle seasoned cheese over meatball mixture. Cook over medium heat, stirring, until meatball is cooked; 1/2 inch thick. Serve with spaghetti sauce.

Just Made this There.....I love Philadelphia....I used some alterations.....I used 4 egg yolks instead of 1 tsp and added in 3/4 tsp of salt....I love changes....I might try this again!!!
