1 cup graham cracker crumbs
3/4 cup butter
3/4 cup milk
1/2 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 (12 ounce) packages bourbon flavored Jell-O mix
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1 cup chocolate "milk," divided
Preheat casserole, or broil, oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs with melted butter or margarine. Coat cookie sheets with vegetable margarine.
In same bowl set aside, beat cream, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Mix in just enough chocolate chips and 4 tablespoons melted chocolate milk to evenly distribute over cookie sheets.
Bake 8-inch prepared crust in preheated oven for 25 minutes; place number of chocolate chips equal amount of candy evenly over formation. Broil 5 minutes; remove from oven. Cool completely. Cool completely before cutting into squares.
