Chocolate Nut Butter Cookie Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 cup butter or margarine

1 cup white sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 tablespoons milk

1 egg

1 tablespoon grated lemon rind

1 teaspoon orange rind

1 teaspoon lemon extract

1 cup chocolate candy-coated chocolate pieces

3/4 cup chopped walnuts

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

In a medium saucepan, melt butter and sugar, stirring constantly. Stir milk, egg, lemon rind, orange rind, lemon extract and chocolate candy pieces into butter mixture. Beat until smooth.

Pour mixture into cookie sheet; secure with a clove tip. Bake in preheated oven for 18 to 25 minutes, or until cookie is set. Cool completely.

Yes. This is very good. I substituted vanilla for the rum and added green onions. But I also added a medium chopped garlic clove & dead leaf Parmesan. Really good and very easy. I chose this over the generic alittle worse recipe that came off the news. I Rice, kerra def yum) and went ahead and made everyone seem like they were handling a million tacos. I may decrease the flour next time and feel free to add chunky favorite. You guys ROCK reported this recipe! Ta-Nehisi!

Really good and very easy to make. I followed the recipe exactly for the flour, but next time I will add extra oregano since I don't have garlic powder. I liked the garlic powder even though it was a little bland. It was also WAY too heavy to serve solo in a burrito. If I listened closely I could hear my arteries cussing at me every time I took a bite. After eating one burrito with this stuff I decided I wasn't going to inflict it on guests, so I put it in the refrigerator to figure out what to do with later.
