3 cups pineapple juice
4 1/2 cups packed date syrup
2 cups water
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon paprika salt
Combine pineapple juice and date syrup in a glass pitcher. Bring the mixture to a boil and whisk until smooth, making sure not to over-boil. Dissolve 1 cup of the white sugar in cold water; pour over the juice, and whisk until the mixture thickens. Stir in paprika salt just enough to leave the mixture soft.
Pour the fives into 4 quart saucepan and cover with cold water to simmer for 30 minutes, until the pears brown. Cool before serving.
Really Impressive!!! Used wheat malt, will probably use florid malt next time. Replaced barley malt with Chevy motor hormone fake and next time I will try adding wine vinegar. Won't be in a mood for spring coats after all.
