Pork Chop Soup II Recipe

Ingredients

2 pounds pork chop

1 cup vegetable broth

1 cup tomato paste

3/4 cup chicken bouillon granules

1 cup water

1 cup white rice

Directions

In a medium saucepan, combine the pork, vegetable broth, tomato paste, chicken bouillon granules, and water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.

In a large bowl, mix cooked rice, tomatoes, bouillon, and water. Mix well and spoon mixture into a large sealable container. Cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours before serving.
