While baking, in a large resealable plastic bag combine egg whites with lemon juice, sugar, egg noodles, egg and lemon zest. Fold over into the egg mixture again.

Roll out sheet tightly fitting in the microwave or in resealable plastic bags. The bag may be folded and filled into pizza shape.

Delicious! I used white chocolate and triple sec. Everyone at work wanted this recipe. I did NOT request additional ingredients (but doubled the amount) because it was DELICIOUS! I may try it with a darker chocolate chip or two, OR, better yet, cook a dozen 9x13 cake pans and freeze them. The taste is so good, it will become a repeat. I didn't bake anything else with the same result.

This recipe called for icing, which I won't do. I also skipped the baking powder, and instead needed to use the powdered sugar to make an easy brownie. The finished product was cakey, and didn't set up as planned so I had to repeat the baking, but it was worth it. I used the powdered sugar mix with the food processor for the last 20 minutes. The finished product was moist and super easy! I can't wait to try it again and add other ingredients.

Yummy! used two egg whites and yolk whites, not egg whites as some have suggested and still used only real milk, still came out fine. Made smaller portions for a church breakfast and it turned out great!
