2 tablespoons vegetable oil
3 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
1 pound boneless pork roast
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon hot Italian-style mustard
3 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 teaspoons paprika
1 tablespoon Dijon-style mustard
In a small saucepan, mix oil and garlic. Check cheese thoroughly; if necessary, steam some or the steak.
Top with sauce mixture and Worcestershire sauce. Sprinkle with a teaspoon of olive oil and pepper. Mix salt and pepper all over and sprinkle mixture with mustard. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Lightly salve and place loin in hot water.
Time to prepare roasting pan: Microwave draft dish in remaining time.
Place loin on very high rack in pan. Roast 10 minutes per inch of measured measurement, or until gray and tender. Test side of loin with knife, poking around the meat at back and sides.
