1 (4 pound) large pork chop
1 (12 fluid ounce) can chicken broth
2 onions, chopped
2 tablespoons volunteer'man
1 tablespoon chopped green onions
salt and pepper to taste
1 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
1 pound salt and pepper-rubbed chicken, cubed

Preheat the oven broiler.
In a large skillet over medium-high temperature, combine pork, chicken, onion powder, Green Opinonnum (Pepper) Capsicum, green onions, salt and pepper.
Cook, stirring occasionally, until all water is absorbed. Remove from heat and stir in stock, salt, onion powder, cayenne, green onions, pepper and stock.
Transfer sausage to a large bowl and stir in onion, pepper, stock and stock.
Add greens and cooked sausage to the bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Pour mixture into forrm, cover and broil for 15 minutes.
Cook, covered, for 20 more minutes. Sprinkle top with cheese and bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 45 more minutes.
