1/2 cup margarine
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon dried minced onion
3 ounces sliced almonds
1 1/4 teaspoons salt
1 1/2 teaspoons paprika
1 1/4 teaspoons ground black pepper
1 tablespoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
Heat medium saucepan over medium heat. Stir in margarine, sugar, vinegar, onion, almonds, salt, paprika, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly and bring to a boil.
Stir in chili powder, garlic powder, cinnamon, cinnamon, garlic powder, and salt. Reduce heat to medium.
Cook, stirring constantly, for 1 1 1 to 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Stir in rice. Stirring constantly, cook for 5 minutes.
