1 (3 ounce) package German apple wine
1 cup red wine
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 egg, beaten
2 teaspoons lemon zest
1 teaspoon apple pie filling
1/2 cup honey
1 teaspoon apple pie filling
Place the apple wine, red wine, lemon juice and vanilla extract in a plastic bag. Shake vigorously and pour into a resealable plastic bag. Reserve 1 1 1/2 cup of the wine.
Pour the red wine mixture over the apple pie filling. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours. (Note: Make sure the bag is tight seal before storing the wine.)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Dispense remaining wine into a small mixing bowl. Mix lemon zest, apple pie filling and honey into the wine mixture. Pour over the pie and fruit.
